However, as we move forward, we continue to look to our past for inspiration. Whether in the homes we’ve built or families we’ve met, we’re motivated by our previous work and clients—like Ken Rowley.
In 1996, we designed and built a home for Ken and his family, incorporating their ideas, requests, and unique aspects that truly made their house a home.
24 years later, he reached out to us to express his gratitude and the love he and his family still share for the house, saying “We love this house, we’re going to live in it [forever].”

Kim Unger and our team began with designing the house, then moved to building it, informing and consulting the Rowley family throughout the entire process—an initiative Ken admired, saying “He did a superb job...designing and building our home.”
He went on to say, “I just thought so many times that I should let him know how well this house has worked for us. We are so pleased with it after 20 years.”
